*1. Session Parameters & Deliverables Photography sessions are limited to a maximum of 3 hours per session. Service includes unlimited outfit changes, on-site styling and wardrobe assistance, posing guidance, and standard image retouching. Clients will receive two (2) preview images within 48 hours, with the full gallery of 30 fully edited images delivered within 2 weeks. Wedding Photography features full day coverage and includes a gallery of 400 fully edited images delivered within 12 weeks.

2. Additional Services & Fees Custom quotes are available for short-notice bookings and expedited delievery. For studio sessions, Richardyeung Production covers up to $50 of the studio rental fee. 

3. Retouching & Editing Scope Image retouching is strictly limited to natural enhancements, including lighting, color grading, and skin corrections. Requests for extensive body alterations or heavy cosmetic editing may not be accommodated in order to preserve image quality and stylistic intent. We do not provide RAW or unedited files under any circumstances.

4. Booking, Payment & Cancellation To reserve a session, full payment is required. Dates remain open until payment is received and are confirmed on a first-paid basis. Payment is due no later than 72 hours before the scheduled session. All bookings are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation made at least 72 hours in advance, the session fee may be transferred to a new date, subject to current availability. No-shows or cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for credit transfer. For Wedding Photography Add-on, please refer to payment policy on Wedding Film page.

5. Photo Selection Following the session, watermarked previews will be provided for selection purposes. Please note that the preview gallery may not include every photograph taken during the session. Clients may select images for final editing and retouching. Additional images beyond the final delivery count may be requested at a rate of $10 per image, subject to availability and editing standards.
