1. Deliverables Product(s) are delivered via digital online sharing or an agreed-upon format. While we strive to meet this timeline, extensive post-production requirements may occasionally extend this window; clients will be kept informed of any changes. Clients are responsible for backing up all delivered digital files immediately, as we are not liable for data loss once delivered. Any on-site requests to expand the scope—such as adding unlisted vehicles, extra locations, or entirely new narrative concepts—are strictly subject to approval and will require a custom project expansion fee.

• Social Reels & Short-Form Promos: Delivered within 7–10 business days following the production date.

• Cinematic Features & Brand Narratives: Delivered within 3–4 weeks, depending on project complexity and advanced post-production requirements.

• Commercial Photography (Add-On): Two (2) watermarked preview images will be provided within 48 hours, with the full gallery of fully edited images delivered within 2 weeks.

2. Booking, Payment & Cancellation To secure your production date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required. Dates are reserved strictly on a first-paid basis. The remaining balance is due in full upon delivery of the final product(s).  All deposits are non-refundable twenty-four (24) hours after booking. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 72 hours before the shoot, the deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling is subject to current rates and calendar availability.

3. Pre-Production & On-Site Logistics The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all subjects, properties, and vehicles are fully prepped, detailed, and ready for filming at the agreed-upon call time. Richardyeung Production is not liable for compromised footage, suboptimal lighting conditions, or production delays caused by unprepared subjects, unclean vehicles, or restricted location access. Travel expenses for locations outside of our standard radius are the responsibility of the Client and will be outlined in the final invoice.

4. Creative License & Revisions Richardyeung Production retains full creative control over the cinematography, lighting, and editing process. The final edit will reflect our professional judgment and artistic standards; not all footage captured on set will be included in the final delivery. Each commercial package includes one (1) round of consolidated minor revisions (e.g., lower-third text adjustments, simple b-roll shot swaps). Requests for extensive revisions—such as changing the core narrative, selecting a completely new music track after the edit has commenced, or advanced retouching—will incur an hourly post-production rate of $50.

5. Editing Scope & Raw Footage Policy Basic retouching (color grading, audio syncing, sound design, and exposure correction) is included in all packages. Requests for advanced visual effects, 3D tracking, or complex object removal must be discussed prior to booking. To preserve our brand's stylistic intent and quality standards, we do not provide RAW camera files, unedited b-roll clips, or open project files under any circumstances.

6. Drone Coverage Limitations Aerial drone coverage (if applicable to the chosen package) is strictly subject to weather conditions, localized venue policies, and FAA airspace regulations. If drone flight is deemed unsafe or legally restricted on the day of production, alternative ground coverage will be utilized.

7. Copyright & Commercial Usage Richardyeung Production retains the intellectual property and copyright to all captured media. Upon final payment, the Client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute the final edited video for commercial marketing, website display, and social media promotion. The Client may not sell the footage to third-party stock agencies, distribute the raw media, or create derivative re-edits of the final film without express written permission.
