*1. Drone Coverage Aerial drone coverage is strictly subject to weather conditions, venue policies, and FAA airspace regulations; availability is not guaranteed.

2. Booking & Payment Schedule To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required. Dates are reserved on a first-paid basis and are not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due in full thirty (30) days prior to the event date. Failure to remit final payment by this deadline may result in the forfeiture of services.

3. Additional Services & Fees Optional enhancements include a 1-Minute Teaser Film ($600) featuring an expedited 3-week turnaround. 4. Production & Delivery Timeline The final cinematic film will be delivered within 12-16 weeks following the event. Products are delivered via digital online sharing or an agreed-upon format. While we strive to meet this timeline, extensive post-production requirements may occasionally extend this window; clients will be kept informed of any changes. Clients are responsible for backing up all delivered digital files immediately, as we are not liable for data loss once delivered. We do not provide RAW or unedited files under any circumstances.

5. Booking, Payment & Cancellation All deposits are non-refundable twenty-four (24) hours after booking. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit may be transferred to a new date within 365 days of the original event, subject to availability and an additional $100 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to current rates and availability. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

6. Creative License & Editing Richardyeung Production retains full creative control over the filming and editing process. The final edit will reflect our artistic standards and professional judgment; not all footage shot will be included in the final delivery. Basic retouching (color grading, sound design, exposure) is included. Requests for extensive revisions or additional editing (e.g., object removal, advanced retouching) beyond the delivered product will incur an hourly rate of $50.

7. Event Logistics & Exclusivity Richardyeung Production shall be the exclusive professional cinematography team for the event. Guests and other vendors must not obstruct or interfere with the filming process. For events exceeding standard coverage hours, a meal must be provided for the cinematography team. Travel expenses for locations requiring transit are the responsibility of the Client, with specific terms outlined in the final invoice.

6. Copyright & Usage All video content remains the intellectual property of Richardyeung Production. The Client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license for personal use, including display and sharing on social media. The Client may not sell, commercially distribute, or create derivative works (re-editing) of the footage without express written permission.
